This Policy governs how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information in relation to the Headfone Meet mobile application (“App”) and associated websites, products, and services (collectively, the “Headfone Meet Platform”).

Refund & Cancellation

Refunds: We will provide a refund only if your subscription is not activated or in the case of duplicate payments. Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

Cancellation: Once a subscription is purchased, it cannot be cancelled. You may cancel auto-renewal at any time, and you will continue to have access to premium features until the end of your subscription period.

User Conduct

You agree not to upload or share content that is unlawful, harmful, harassing, defamatory, obscene, invasive of privacy, infringing of intellectual property rights, impersonates another person, contains malware, or threatens the sovereignty or security of India or public order. Violations may result in account suspension or termination.

Grievance Officer

Governing Law & Disputes

This Policy is governed by the laws, rules, and regulations of India. The courts at Bengaluru (Bangalore) shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising in relation to this Policy or your use of the Headfone Meet Platform.
